WARRANTY CONDITIONS
As with every product supplied by Lancer Labels we want you to be completely happy with purchases made through Lancer. If you are not satisfied you can return any purchase (at your cost and insurance) within fourteen days of the invoice date for a full refund. The refund will be made to the same credit card used to purchase the goods. To request a return – send an email to the email address on your invoice.
All products are shipped with a 14 day warranty from invoice date.
If the product becomes defective you can return it for repair. If it is still under warranty and has not been subject to user damage or abuse we will attempt to repair and return free of charge. If we are unable to repair the unit (for example due to non-availability of spare parts) we will offer you a full refund instead. If the unit is no longer under warranty you can still request a repair, but parts, labour and carriage charges will apply. A quotation will be provided.
