Antimicrobial Labels for printers
Lancer Labels releases New Anti microbial label material
to assist in the fight against hospital acquired infections,
such as MRSA and E-coli type microbes.
Available in three different type of Antimicrobial materials
1/ Clear
2/ Satin Gloss
3/ Vellum
All materials are self adhesive and can be used in most manufacturers of Thermal Transfer printers. Labels can be of any size to suit the printer.
Typical laboratory test results are : -
Determination of the Antibacterial Activity against MRSA and E coli using a Test Based on Japanese Industrial Standard JIS Z 2801.
E coli 1.8E+04 < 11.11 = 3.20 = 99.94%
MRSA 2.0E+04 < 11.11 = 3.26 = 99.94%
The above data shows the change in population following contact with the surface of the samples listed for 24 hours
at 35°C under a RH of > 95%
The material uses a silver based biocide against MRSA and E coli
